Course overview

Almost every major construction project in Bangladesh needs a professional schedule for the client and consultant, and engineers who can build, update and explain that schedule are in growing demand. In this course you will learn to turn drawings and a BOQ into a complete, logic-driven MS Project schedule.

Every module is built from 13+ years of practice by a working Project Control Manager. Alongside the theory you will work on real project files: WBS, resources, costs and progress data from high-rise building, MEP and infrastructure projects. By the end you will be able to submit a baseline, run weekly updates, prepare look-ahead schedules and produce client reports on your own.

All lessons are taught in Bangla, with technical terms such as WBS, Critical Path, Baseline, Gantt Chart and EVM kept in English, exactly as they are used on site.
