Refund Policy

Recorded courses

• You request it within 3 days of enrolment, and
• you have completed less than 20% of the lessons, and
• you have not downloaded project files or received a certificate.

Live batches

• Cancel before the first class: full refund.
• After the first class and before the second: 50% refund or a free transfer to the next batch.
• After the second class: no refund, but one transfer to a later batch (subject to seats).
• If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to the next batch.

Not refundable

• Bundles or special-discount offers, where the offer says so
• E-books and downloadable templates
• Access removed for breaking the terms and conditions

How to request a refund

1. Send your order number, name and reason through the contact page or WhatsApp.
2. After verification we refund within 7 working days to the bKash/Nagad/Rocket number you paid from.
3. Mobile banking cash-out or transfer charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
