Primavera P6 Professional

EPS, WBS, activity codes, resource and cost loading, baselines, updates, XER and delay analysis basics: the planning tool of large projects, hands-on.

Beginner to Advanced Bangla 24 hours 42 lessons Engr. Abdul Halim Shabuj

Course overview

On metro rail, expressway, power plant and Middle East mega projects, Primavera P6 and the XER file are the standard format for schedule submissions. In this course you will go from setting up the EPS and OBS to building a complete resource- and cost-loaded schedule, setting baselines, updating progress and reporting.

The course is built from real project-controls experience: longest path, float, activity codes, resource curves, S-curves, XER import/export and MS Project ↔ P6 conversion, all hands-on. It ends with the basics of delay analysis and time impact analysis, which you will need for claims and extensions of time.

All lessons are taught in Bangla, with technical terms in English.

How long do I have access?

You get 1 year of access from enrolment. [EDIT]

Will I get the XER files?

Yes. All practice XER files, including the case study, are downloadable.

Is this enough for a Middle East planning job?

The course follows submission standards used on Middle East projects, but we do not guarantee jobs; your experience and interview preparation matter too.
