- Account and order details: name, email and mobile/WhatsApp number.
- Payment details: the bKash/Nagad/Rocket number you paid from and the Transaction ID. We never collect or store your wallet PIN or full card number.
- Learning records: lessons completed, quiz results and certificate details.
- Messages: information you submit in the contact, “Notify Me” or free-resource forms.
- Technical data: server logs and session cookies needed for security and login.
2. How we use information
- To enrol you, verify payments and give you access
- To send class schedules, links and important updates
- To issue certificates and allow them to be verified
- With your consent, to tell you about new courses and batches
- To keep the website secure and improve it
3. Certificate verification
Verifying a certificate ID shows the student’s name, course, batch and issue date. No other personal information is shown.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share limited data only with trusted providers needed to run the service (web hosting, email delivery, video hosting and, when enabled, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel), or with authorities where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for login and the cart. If Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel is enabled, they set their own cookies for statistics and advertising; you can block these in your browser settings.
6. Security and retention
The website is protected by SSL (HTTPS) and backed up regularly. We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
