By using projectleadacademy.com or enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
- Register with your correct name, email and phone number; this name is printed on your certificate.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
- Each enrolment is for one person; sharing, selling or transferring accounts is not allowed.
2. Course access
- Recorded courses: 1 year of access from enrolment after your payment is verified. [EDIT]
- Live batch recordings: available for 6 months after the batch ends. [EDIT]
- We may change course content, schedules or teaching assistants to improve quality; we will tell you in advance about major changes.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bKash/Nagad/Rocket payments are verified manually; orders with incorrect or fake Transaction IDs will be cancelled. Fraudulent payments may lead to legal action.
4. Intellectual property
All videos, PDFs, project files, templates and text belong to Project Lead Academy and are for your personal learning only. Recording, downloading to share, reselling or publishing them elsewhere is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of access and legal action.
5. Software
MS Project and Primavera P6 are products of Microsoft and Oracle. Course fees do not include software licences. We do not supply or support pirated or cracked software.
6. Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued when you complete all lessons. It certifies completion of Project Lead Academy training and is not a government or academic degree. Certificates may be revoked if misconduct is proven.
7. Conduct
Be respectful in live classes and Q&A. Harassment, spam or behaviour that harms other students may lead to loss of access without a refund.
8. Limitation of liability
We do our best to provide high-quality training but do not guarantee jobs, promotions or specific outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
