Project Lead Academy exists to bring world-class project planning and project-controls skills to every engineer in Bangladesh, in their own language and at a price they can afford.

How we teach
- Real projects, not toy examples: every module uses data from real building, MEP and infrastructure projects in Bangladesh.
- Practice first: each lesson ends with a task you do yourself in the software.
- Bangla explanations, English terms: Critical Path, Baseline, EVM, the way they are used on site.
- Small live batches: so every student gets the chance to ask questions.
- Support after class: help through Q&A and WhatsApp.
Your trainer: Engr. Abdul Halim Shabuj, PRINCE2®, CSCM™
Engr. Abdul Halim Shabuj is a civil engineer and project controls professional with 13+ years in construction, infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects, from site engineer to PMO lead. Building and updating baseline schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, monitoring the critical path, spotting delays and preparing recovery programmes is his daily work. His classes combine that field experience with a talent for making complex ideas simple.

Project experience
- Project Control Manager (PMO), Abode of Consultants Ltd. (Oct 2023 – present): HSIA Pedestrian Underpass Tunnel Project, Dhaka. Over 1 km of underpass tunnel with 8 canopies, internal roads and a 3-storey underground MEP building, connecting the Hajj Camp with Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Baseline and updates in Primavera P6, look-aheads, S-curves, cash flow and IPCs.
- Project Manager, Kaymonto & Partners (2021–2022): planning and project control for office renovation and fit-out projects of HSBC, Citibank N.A., Unilever and IFC (MS Project).
- Civil Engineer and Sr. Engineer, Fiber@Home Ltd. (2015–2021): FTTH, Info Sarkar Phase-III and the Siemens-led DESCO SCADA project; optical-fiber network works across about 34 districts.
- Site Engineer, Maliha Trade International (2013–2015): mobile tower and residential building construction; twice Employee of the Month.
