How do I pay?
At checkout choose bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Send the course fee to the number shown using “Send Money” or “Payment”, then enter the number you paid from and the Transaction ID (TrxID) from the SMS to complete your order.
How soon is my course unlocked after payment?
We verify every Transaction ID manually. Courses are usually unlocked within 2–6 hours (10 AM–10 PM Bangladesh time) and you will get an email.
Can I pay by card?
Visa/Mastercard and an online payment gateway are coming soon. If you need to pay by card now, contact us on WhatsApp. [EDIT]
What if I entered the wrong Transaction ID?
Don’t worry. If we cannot match it, we will contact you. You can also send a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp.
Access and duration
How long can I access a recorded course?
1 year from enrolment, including all updates released in that time. [EDIT]
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes, videos play on phones, tablets and computers. For practice you will need a Windows computer.
Can several people share one account?
No. Each enrolment is for one student. Shared accounts may be suspended.
Certificates
How do I get my certificate?
When you complete all lessons, your certificate is generated automatically and you receive a download link by email.
Can employers verify my certificate?
Yes. Each certificate has a unique ID and QR code. Anyone can check it on our Verify Certificate page.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
For recorded courses you can request a refund within 3 days of enrolment if you have watched less than 20% of the lessons. Live batches are fully refundable until the first class. See the Refund Policy. [EDIT]
Live classes and recordings
Where do live classes take place?
On Zoom or Google Meet. The class link is visible only to registered students when they log in to the batch page.
What if I miss a class?
Every live class is recorded and usually added to your dashboard within 24 hours.
Can I join from abroad?
Of course. All times are shown in Bangladesh time (GMT+6). Saudi Arabia/Qatar/Kuwait are 3 hours behind Bangladesh, UAE/Oman 2 hours behind and Malaysia 2 hours ahead.
System requirements
What computer do I need?
Windows 10/11 with at least 8 GB RAM and a Core i3 or equivalent processor. MS Project and Primavera P6 are Windows programs; Mac users need a Windows virtual machine.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps is best for videos and live classes.
Software installation
Do you provide the software?
No. We never share cracked or pirated software. The course shows you how to install the official trial or a licensed version from Microsoft and Oracle.
What if installation fails?
If the official installer gives you trouble, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will help.
